The Birth of The Red Heels? Technically, the year was 2011. Then again, technicalities have never stepped foot in their realm of importance. Just two college basketball players with a similar passion for a good tune, these ballers turned “soul music makers” have come a long way from the court and locker room talk. Drifting from dorm rooms to practice studios throughout their college campus, they began to develop a sound; and much more than that, an intent. The song, Empty Love marked the start of their musical collaboration, and later developed into a mantra that represents their general path toward success. With 10,000+ miles currently between them (New York, New York to Melbourne, Australia), they had the world at their feet and technology at their fingertips.
