Hailing from country locale and based in the inner city suburbs of Newcastle, The Red Tapes formed as victims of the "punk gone wrong" years and veterans of the war on good music. Overcoming immense suffering, pain and general discomfort (but mainly laziness), the Tapes strive to uphold a certain moral standard in all their artistic endeavors.
