A two-piece from Brisbane, The Red Thread take a widescreen approach that is the sum of its contradicting parts; clear and opaque, dense and restrained, minimalism and maximalism. Within lies a through line of melancholy that has no need for the human voice. A consistent aesthetic born from the universal experience of no longer recognising yourself, and the realisation that nothing lasts. Debut self-released EP 'Torschluss' now available for streaming and free download.
