Forged in the tree-lined and rather pleasant fires of Northcote, come The Reigate Squires, a four-man-one-woman exciting alternative rock ensemble with a hard heavy touch of melancholy folk. Heralding their sparse audiences with songs that mainly concern ambiguous historical references, outdated allusions to constant change, and upbeat and carefree tunes about crushing despair and crippling loss, The Reigate Squires have a single stated aim: the provision of rock, at all costs.
