Relevant Elephants are danceable and quite bonkers. We love driving kick drums, pulsating 303’s and anything else that goes bleep in the night. Our New Album, Who Is The Dreamer is out now on bandcamp. It is a sureal David Lynesqe journey throught techno, breaks and industrial EDM. Relevant elephants consist of Relevant The Elephant, Irreverent the Elephant (so named because he is brown which is entirely the wrong colour for an elephant), and Ash, the creative force behind the band who often complains that the others sit around looking cute and cuddly while he does all the work.

The Relevant Elephants were formed in 2011 by Zack Hankins and Taylor Knox, and later joined by Adam Khalil and Mack Suhre. Their name came from TV show host Stephen Colbert of "The Colbert Report" when he personally named them before his show on November 7th, 2011. They started playing shows in 2012 and released their EP of December of the same year. Mostly known for playing on subway stations, they will come above ground as well for shows.
