It's been a year since the resonator brain child came to fruition. An idea that started through hard times. Jarrad had had a bad year in 2007 and began to find comfort in playing and learning the old blues he grew up with. For some reason there was more to relate to within the holler-like vocals and impressive pain felt melodies. Moving back to the country gave both Greg and Jarrad an almost natural idea of jamming on the old traditionals of the years gone and soon enough ended up with a few local gigs. After that the ball was rolling and the father and son duo could think of nothing better than to keep a music so close to their hearts alive and well. Now 'The Resonators' have a debut album that respects the tradition of the era and are playing gigs more continuosly, Jarrad has no more dreads and Greg is no longer working a shift work. A new chapter has opened and 'The Resonators' hope you will join them in drinking malted milk and playin them jump blues.
