The Rumbrellas are a dance explosion of funk, soul, reggae and hip hop, based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Principle songwriter/lyricist Ryan Giles, together with drummer /producer Mark ‘Sparky’ Paltridge and guitar/bass player Justin Wernicke, spearhead a sound reminiscent of late 80s/early 90s hiphop, featuring groove-heavy beats, infectious melodies, coupled with intelligent, positive & conscious song craft, making it impossible to sit still.
