Young multi-instrumentalists from the Northern Rivers of NSW combine their individual sounds to create a unique fusion of reggae, funk and rock. A four piece band that is full of surprises, and is always down for a boogie. With spicy rhythms and tantalising guitar riffs they will leave you with a delectable aftertaste. The Ruperts have racked up recognition in the past year, playing at the 2019 Byron Bay Blues festival, excelling in the well renowned busking competition, and were finalists in the Dolphin Music awards for their songs “Leave That Man” and their environmental hit “Mr. Elastic” The Ruperts have a burning passion for music and the environment. They have the aspiration and ambition to make a difference through music and all they’re going to need is a stage and their instruments.
