The Sanchez are currently promoting their debut record “The Kind of Help you could Do Without” by shaking venues all over their beloved Melbourne town. Drawing members from bands as diverse as Catwitch, Claymen, The Raga Dolls, Deep Blue Ocean and The Foulks, The Sanchez bring their own take to the old girl known as rock with influences including The Beach Boys, Pink Floyd, The Hoodoo Gurus, Bob Marley, Toto and Billy Bragg. Although all five members of The Sanchez are serious players, they love nothing more than a laugh (usually at their own expense) onstage and the thrill of a full room with voices raised, glasses filled and spirits high.
