Brunswick Quartet “The scores” were formed in the early hours of 2009 out of the collaborative song writing efforts of brothers in arms Nathan and Trent Headlam. The pair recruited long time friend Garth Cahill on Bass guitar and the multi instrumentalist David Lo on percussion. After initially focusing on live shows around Melbourne the band have recently recorded their debut self titled EP with Aria award winning producer Simon Polinski. The resulting two track, featuring “Down” and “Fly before you crawl” are immediately engaging, catchy rock and roll songs. The bands overall sound combines strong unique vocals with a guitar driven momentum balancing melody, with memorable hooks and a powerful yet polished rhythm section.
