At one moment hard and grinding the next darkly melodic, the semblance's progressive alternative music is full of social commentary, satire and delivered with rage & dismay at the state of the mass media dominated consumer driven world we live in. Based in Sydney, the semblance formed in London in mid 2004 whilst travelling & experiencing Europe through smiliar interests and the driving energy to create music. The 3 piece comprising of Aaron (vox, guitar) Adrian (bass, back vox) & Myke (drums, back vox) made such a unique impact on the London underground scene that they were headlining the cream of London's underground & metal clubs after 2 gigs. Whilst in London, they demoed songs for Southern Records at the personal invite of Harvey Birrell (Therapy?, The Buzzcocks, Miocene, Serafin, Senseless Things, Rachel Stamp)
