Small Prints have been together for about 6 months, beginning under the name the smile experience, ever since an unfortunate incident involving a lot of morphein and an untrained sewing hand left them (literally) inseperable... The intrepid siamese three piece are trying to make their name felt in the melbourne music scene with gigs at 161, Revolver, Milk, and the Central Club, and a unique 'black-keys-make-love-to-the-vines-at-a-deep-purple-concert-and-their-subsequent-love-child-is-molested-in-a-sandpit-by-indie-kids-dressed-up-like-everything-that-was-wrong-with-the-60's' sound that has people dancing... or at least tapping their feet... They hope that 2007 will be a good year, full of good shows, and good people... and lots of beer

The Small Prints have been making music together for a while now, sporadically playing clubs and bars throughout Melbourne since 2007 in between study and work and the daily grind. 2011 should see them recording and releasing their first EP, as they continue to craft their sound, and come to terms with the end of the world in October (they're prepared to look very foolish if/when this does not occur). They hope you enjoy their songs.
