The Social Surgeons are proud to release their second single 'Y The World' off their forthcoming 4th album ... 'Drongo Crisis' (AntiMundanity Records) out 18th December! The Social Surgeons (Juan-guitar/vox, Frankie-vox, Pedro-guitar, Bob-bass & Fidel-drums) returned to the studio with a renewed vigour in highlighting the political and social idiocies of our time. 'Y The World' captures the freshness and vibrancy of The Social Surgeons' live sound and explores the psychological commonalities of modern authoritarian figures whose actions foster death, destruction & displacement. Having previously released 3 albums and 12 music videos, The Social Surgeons have garnered airplay on some of Australia's finest community radio stations: 3RRR, 3PBS, 4ZZZ, RTRFM, 2SERm, FBi, 3D, 3MDRm, BAYFM, 3RPP, etc, etc. 'The Social Surgeons slice apart the facade and open up society's bloated guts' - UB Magazine.
