Shane has been working within the arts scene all his life. A musician for 15 years, then a sound tech for 15 years. He began playing professionally as a musician at 15 years old and has enjoyed musical experience from a huge variety of musical genres. Performing in classical, swing, rock, reggae and electronic ensembles mostly along the East coast of Australia. He began his musical career as a saxophonist and later branched out to other instruments. He has played on stage with a variety of Aussie greats including James Morrison, ex- members of Radio Birdman, and Paul Mcdermott. As a an audio technician he continued working with a varied cross section of Australian greats. Having done sound for musicians, comedians and theatre shows allowed him to work with household names from Bob Hawke, to Kate Miller-Heidke, from Scared Weird Little Guys to Russel Morris, from Snow White to Kate Cebrano.
