The Sunset Club is here to make friends and drink free beer. Formed in a semi-soundproofed shed in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, they play fuzzy pop rock in the same vein as Screamfeeder, Husker Du and Sleater-Kinney. Their debut 7” was mixed by Mike Deslandes (Cosmic Psychos, Colossvs, High Tension, Have/Hold) and is out later this year. In the meantime, you can stream it at thesunsetclubband.bandcamp.com, and see them play at a sticky floored venue near you.
