The Thousand Sons are a band that was formed in September of 2005 and we have 2 original songs. Sean (locations manager) has been playing for 2 years on the drums, Will (co-founder & rhythm guitarist) has been playing guitar for 2 years and Gary (frontman & lead guitarist) has been playing guitar for 4 years). We come from all corners of Geelong and that hasn't stopped us from creating original tracks and having frequent jams. The tracks we have recorded so far are 2 live tracks in seans living room. This is because we can't afford the equipment to record as of yet but hopefully we can soon. We played our first proper gig at a school music festival on the 16th June 2006. We like to be known as a band who creates original tracks and not just another cover band. If we do cover songs its because we like to pay tribute to our influences because without them it wouldnt have been possible.
