The Tolpuddle Martyrs - The Martyrs first formed in 1834 while on the long voyage to Australia aboard the transportation vessel HMS Tolpuddle. Upon arriving to the blessed shores of New Holland they quickly went about swearing a secret oath to invent rock and roll and put all other forms of musical expression to the sword. This plan, though honourable was doomed and they were hanged in 1835. Raised from the dead by a voodoo witch, the band reconvened in Morpeth NSW in 2010. Using their new undead powers they recorded the songs " Ef You See Kay" and " Black Dog Song", which are undoubtbly destined to become substantial hits on the popular music charts.
