"The Tsars are a band who prefer to let things take a more natural course. Letting their following and sound develop without trying to be the biggest best buzz band of the moment". - Music Feeds ""The Tsars have geniune talent, be it the construction of lyrics of both simple rhyme and deeper meaning to their genre bending sound." - Stoney Roads "...an act to keep your eye on." - OneTrickPony.TV "Cooler than cool and magnificantly talented Sydney Quartet, The Tsars. Their music is the kind that passes beyond the ears and runs wild through the mind; with the intensity of songs like The River seducing the senses and bringing thine imagination to its very metaphorical knees". - Death Cloud TV ''The Tsars are like the Hunter S. Thompson shelf in the puffin classics section – full of psychedelia and punk attitude; and the isle is jammed with obsessive fans." - MUM The World Bar
