Somewhere between Steely Dan's precise orchestration, Frank Zappa's crazed experimentation and They Might Be Giants' lyrical verbosity lies Wollongong's own 'The Various'. Currently trying to make the jump from the garage and pub into a more laborious touring circuit, the band energetically puts on a show for those who are game enough to turn up. From blues songs about shopping to invasive songs about basement owning stalkers, no topic is too sacred for The Various. Yes, we do have at least one studio recorded CD.
