The View From Here
View From Here formed in 2016 when three mates from Geelong decided to try out something different from their previous musical ventures. The band's sound is influenced by the raw emotiveness of 90s grunge music and the catchiness of modern rock. A mix of the old and the new.
The View From Here has been evolving as an artist since 2006, starting off just playing around with loops for fun, and since developed into a composer mastering his own distinct and unique sounds, and becoming more proficient in every aspect of his musical development as time goes on. The View From Here portrays deep elements that are interpreted and expressed through emotive and expressional motifs that send a shiver down your spine and warm you with a delicate touch of beauty. The spectral vistas painted by The View From Here are what has warranted his name.... as it is a clear representation of the inner workings of the genius that paints the view for others to sit back and be teleported to the scene and not want to return home.
