Edit history

After a 7 year break from making music, Tin Rooster is the first release from Brisbane soloist, Tylea under the title "The Visual Fields". A reflection of 50's sentiment, 80's pop music and dark soundscapes, Tin Rooster was recorded at the songwriter's home with husband, Magoo at Applewood Lane Studios. All music was played by Tylea and features backing vocals from Phil Ballantyne of Intercooler. A prolific soloist in the 90's, Tylea formed Brisbane band, gota cola with two friends, Alex Gillespie and Skritch. When gota cola disbanded in 2000, Tylea released 2 more recordings, "Tylea and the Imaginary Music Score" and double album 'Colour Your Insecurities".
