Hailing from the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Wardens are a three piece rock extravaganza. Darcy, Tim and Tom have been best friends since highschool, playing and jamming in different bands for years, spanning genres such as grunge, hardcore, and progressive metal. The trio decided to finally come together after a lengthy period of laziness and full time work to form Wardens, a band focussed on creating kick-to-the-gut riffage and choruses that will stick in your head for the next week or three. Their first single “Holiday” is a prime example of this ethos, featuring sticky riffs and even stickier hooks, it’s sure to remind all that listen that everyone needs a getaway sometimes.

The Wardens are a Garage Rock & Roll band from Melbourne Australia, there is nothing pretentious about what these guys do, it is pure, unadulterated Rock & Roll. Its all about great songs and entertainment, their shows will leave you lying disheveled on the floor, covered in beer and sweat and screaming for more!! Stay tuned for a debut 7" late 2012.
