Fremantle based, The Wavering are a 3-piece that never left the 90's with a continued love of the scene and its melodic inspired progressions. The band consists of multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, Luke Jackson, Grant Lehmann on keys and Eddie Groves, our loveable sometimes bass player and general peacekeeper. Jackson and Lehmann had been neighbors as children and shared a love for music and the Australian independent scene. They formed a local pub band in the early 2000s and had regular slots at the iconic Grosvenor Hotel and Mojos Bar. In 2001 they were runners-up in the Taste Band and Philips sponsored 5 Minutes competitions. Unfortunately at that time, neither had the money or experience to take the music to the next level. Their last gig was at Sydney's Fox Studios. Fast forward almost 20 years and Jackson and Lehmann decided to reform as a duo. The Wavering was born. In 2019 they released their first EP, Perseverance.
