The Wellingtons are back. And despite more than two decades together, the Australian stalwarts are still delivering the pop (feel) goods. Their upcoming album, 6th album, Baby Moon (out Sep 2025), follows 2017’s End of the Summer, and marks a new chapter for the band - one that embraces getting older, exploring other interests, and raising kids, while still holding tight to their signature blend of memorable melodies and lyrical bite. After years spent touring Japan, Europe, and the US - and scoring spins on shows like How I Met Your Mother along the way - The Wellingtons took some time to settle down and regroup. If you’ve followed The Wellingtons since the early days, Baby Moon is the sound of a band still in love with pop music, making space for new life while staying true to what made them adored in the first place: boy-girl harmonies, sweeping choruses and plenty of handclaps. Baby Moon adds to that familiar formula with themes of parenthood, nostalgia, and loss.
