The Winsomes first began as a few simple jam sessions between Callum Beattie Powell and Sam Hutcheon. After hearing the raw and lively beats coming from the garage, older brother Lachlan Beattie Powell was quick to jump in with bass and lead guitar to further fill out the sound. Their debut single 'Aireys' was recorded independently in the Beattie Powells backyard bungalow with the help of Steven Reinhardt (Red Bluff Records) and is a first taste of what these lads have to offer.
