Edit history

The Young Poisoners formed two years ago out of earlier brisbane metal bands, and have been recording, jamming, and playing live whenever the ever-changing line-up has allowed it ever since. Inspired by bands that seem to be able to flit from genre to genre, style to style, like Faith No More, Ween, The Blood Brothers, Thrice, Mr. Bungle, Estradasphere, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Sikth, Converge, Refused, and also heavily influenced by alternative-rock, punk, industrial, nu- and black-metal, The Young Poisoners write whatever kind of music they feel like at any given time. Trends die out, freaks never will.
