Started as a moniker for Melbourne singer/song writer Josh Hicks, Therapy Dog is a mix of Melbourne Punk and Indie Folk. Drawing from bands like Modern Baseball and and The Front Bottoms as well as singer/song writers like Phoebe Bridgers and Julien Baker, Therapy Dog sounds reminiscent of Bright Eyes and Bogues with a more upbeat tempo. After releasing a self-recorded single Good Things, in 2017, Therapy Dog secured several support slots including Catholic Guilt and Damon Langley and other shows around Melbourne. Therapy Dog is now releasing their debut EP Spilling Milk and Getting Ants on 3rd Dec.
