This Time Only are a Sydney indie rock band writing loud, honest songs built on gritty guitars and emotional hooks. Drawing from the raw storytelling of bands like The Smith Street Band, Dear Seattle, Dune Rats and Luca Brasi, their music blends punchy punk energy with sharp, suburban lyrics. Born out of Sydney’s DIY scene, This Time Only make songs for sweaty rooms, late-night drives and shouting along.
