Edit history

This Winter was a band created by a very complicated relationship, which began during high school. Colin Stohr and Brodie Wright began an artistic journey together which saw them create a band whos sound encapsulates their rather unique perception of life, music and performance. With combined experience in music, theatre and burlesque they sought to create a sound that moved both them and their audiences. Influences that range from early Garbage, Massive Attack, A Perfect Circle, NIN, The Tea Party and The Smashing Pumpkins to Billie Holiday, Tori Amos and Peggy Lee help to form what is becoming an act whos live shows are bliss to the ears and the eyes. Joined now with the heavy rock rhythms of Tony Glass on the drums this band offers up a decadent feast of industrial beats, intricate though powerful guitar melodies and haunting but terribly sexy vocals.
