Thomas St. James is the latest musical project from Jonathan Bartholomaeus, Lewis Daly and John Vincent Miranda. Starting in early 2013 the group quickly recorded and released a self titled album. This band thrives in the studio using whatever they can to create new and interesting arrangements, sounds and songs. The magic of this band lies in the musical chemistry seen and experienced when watching this group live but also in the unique way they accurately recreate their recorded music using a combination of samples, computers and synthesizes. Electronic, alternative, post-modern, indie music is the best way to describe their sound with influences being drawn from bands such as MuteMath, Up Dharma Down and Sufjan Stevens. At the core, the idea of this band is to perform music that is not just entertaining but to perform music that is an experience.
