Howdy, So Thorts (actually pronounced "Thoughts") and I have gotten to know each other over the years, and over time became friends. If he's new to you, but you've heard the song "Phone Cards" by An Illustrated Mess, he has the fourth verse. The first song for this project was actually started in 2017 when I sent him the beat for what would become "Being Your Dad". The beat itself didn't fit into the various projects he would begin to work on. We had planned on trying to put together a compilation album, but it didn't happen. We were both also planning on doing full length projects with specific artist, and naturally we decided to attempt one together. These five songs are beats I made over the years that didn't have a home. Luckily they fit together, and now from Arizona to Australia with a couple stops in between we now we have an EP.
