My name is Throwaway, I have been asleep recently. But now I am awake again. I Overslept, but I am back.

Throwaway is a two piece Post-Hardcore outfit based in Adelaide/Tarndanya, who have been described as “sonic shapeshifters” because of their ability to cover genres from chilled out alternative rock to hardcore style songs, while still maintaining a consistent sound that is true to Throwaway. Starting out as a high school project in 2015, Throwaway has expanded and evolved year after year, honing their craft by independently releasing an album and now two EPs, Throwaway has amassed a cult following in the Adelaide Alternative scene. The signature Throwaway sound stretches through melancholic guitar melodies, fists-in-the-air anthems, screamed vocals, and some hefty breakdowns, all coming together to make up a vibe that is uniquely Throwaway.
