Hello :) My name's Tim, I'm an Australian singer/songwriter hailing from Perth. I was born in December, 1989, in the South African town of Pietermaritzburg (bastard to write on immigration forms) in Kwa-Zula Natal. My family made the move to Australia ten years later in 1999. At the end of 2006, I decided that I'd like to try and teach myself the guitar, and so set about doing so. I made an effort to learn a few songs that I knew and liked, but initially found it too difficult. The solution, I resolved, was to write my own songs. That way, nobody could reproach me for playing them incorrectly. Following the writing of my first few songs I fell in love with the guitar, and between 2007 and 2008 I wrote roughly sixty songs. The vast majority of them were not worth listening to, but a small number of them were. They form the majority of the songs on my CD.
