Tim Schilperoort is a 25-year-old musician based in Perth, Western Australia, with roots in The Netherlands. After years of playing in various bands, Tim is now taking a bold step in a fresh direction, focusing on his solo project. With nearly a decade of experience in writing and recording music, Tim has been crafting his unique sound, which blends a unique mix of genres including indie rock, folk, alternative, surf, and psych rock. With a DIY approach, Tim’s music is mainly self-recorded and produced in his small bedroom studio, with occasional contributions from his talented friends who lend their skills on keys, lapsteel and drums. The result is an intimate and authentic sound that captures Tim’s vision of creating music free from expectations, purely driven by his own creative instincts. He has kicked things off with a self produced 5-track debut EP Tabula Rasa which released in 2025. To carry on this momentum his latest single 'Maybe', which released in June 2026, takes listeners on the next step forward in both energy and production. Things are only just getting started.
