Tinder Thieves was born from two very different and diverse musicians meeting in Perth Australia. Adam Knowles acoustic artist started his music career writing and playing songs to friends and family and in the small town of Boston Lincolnshire. He then joined a band named Purple where he gigged the local music scene. The struggling musician decided to move to warmer climates and settled in Perth, where he carried on writing new material and in search of a drummer to blend in and develop the songs he had created. Mark Halernik drummer from Halifax West Yorkshire who picked up his first pair of sticks at the age of 14 and has played in local bands Emerge, Fall from Nowhere, The Phubus and Amoren. Mark decided to leave the UK for promise of work opportunities decided to head to sunny Perth on a one way flight. After travelling the country extensively and playing in an experimental band in Brisbane, found his way back to Perth. Once settled started looking for a singer/ guitarist on
