Whilst stumbling around the dirty streets of Tokyo one foggy morning six months ago, two musical banditos cross paths. They forge a purely ROCKULAR relationship; then and there resolving to take over the world with the pure unadulterated force of rock. Briefly, they realise the necessity of the driving beat behind rock and roll, so they work meticulously for six years to design and build a fully functional humanoid pneumatic drum machine, which soon learns the importance of love, and decides to join the banditos on their quest for grandeur. But no super team can be complete without a name, a brand, a designation of identity to send chills running up the spines of their enemies and young, impressionable ladies alike.
