Tom Sand's music tends to straddle the lines between folk rock, country folk, and blues-soaked rock and roll. He writes and shapes his songs by drawing on the storytelling traditions of artists like Bob Dylan, Neil Young, The Beatles, and Willie Nelson, while filtering them through a modern Northwest lens inspired by bands like The Decemberists.
