ToMiCo is at times a rocking one-man-band project, and at others a display of ambient and orchestral pieces by novelist Todd Michael Cox ("Of Reptiles and Amphibians," "Iowa," "Beast"). It's okay if it all sounds like one clumsy fellow making music in his very modest basement studio, because at its essence that is the very heart of it all.
