And so it goes with TOPLOFTY. A dynamic three piece comprised of Tim (Guitar+Vocals), Ricky (Bass) and Ed (drums), Toplofty fuse modern rock with lashings of everything from garage rock to funk to heavy rock. An eclectic cocktail of musical delight, with wide ranging appeal. Tim's burgeoing song book, growing in both size and musical complexity, draws influence from acts such as Queens of the stone age, Tool and Nirvana- retaining a rock sensibility while at the same time being able to build intense, heavy soundscapes. TOPLOFTY's live show, performed recently at live venues including The Gaelic Theatre as well as @Newtown rsl and The Hopetoun Hotel is tight, energetic and above all, fun. The wide range of styles going into the melting pot means that no two shows are the same.
