Starting mid-2005 as a cover band, it took half a year for TOUCHWOOD to figure out our sound and dynamic. We quickly realised however in early 2006 how much more fulfilling it was to write and perform our own music. We also figured out that by swapping instruments a lot our show gets really interesting because of the different personalities of the players. Most of all we try to have fun and let loose on stage. Sorry about the poor quality of the recordings they were taken live on a camcorder as we rocked out to our crowd of 20 PEOPLE (WOOOOOHOOOOO) ;) The guitar is barely audible, only an echo off the far wall can be heard. It was an awesome show though. While Gana and James are very good at their instruments, Imogen and Perrin are less experienced. I reckon this makes the show sound raw and unhinged though, it makes it interesting. Writing music comes very easily to us, and we have a lot of songs in the pipeline just waiting for a gap in schoolwork to work on. I hope you enjoy our
