TRIGGERSOUND Is the product of the band Trigger, created in 1997 by: Arden Godfrey: Programmer/ Producer. Stanley Nota: Guitarist, Bass Guitarist, vocalist. (History includes performing in original/cover bands.) Sonali Godfrey: Vocalist, Keys. (History includes performing in bands and shows.) Trigger, experienced success not only in the Australian market but also in the overseas market. Our debut single “The Assassin” was championed by the likes of Richard Kingsmill from JJJ and received international acclaim from Radio One’s Pete Tong when released in late 1999, at the time reviewed in the UK’s Update Magazine with a “4 out of 5” dancing men approval! A promising start, that saw the collective put their heads into the studio, and begin work on what was to become their debut LP. “Forces”, single number 2, was released in early 2000 and picked up by Belgium label A&S.
