Tuberz McGee has many contexts and many forms, though the most recognisable is most definitely the Chiptune musician who stands (???) before you. Armed with a mighty Nintendo Entertainment System, some guitars, and even occasionally drums and bass, Tuberz is ready to melt some faces with defunct hardware from the 1980s. With three albums under his belt and a series of awesome singles on the Chiptunes=Win yearly compilation, he's ready to unleash the beast™ on the unsuspecting citizens of Australia or something. Having played festivals like Square Sounds Melbourne 2016, Pixel Sounds in Sydney, and IRL Digital Festival in Brisbane, Tuberz has had ample chance to show crowds just how many time signatures you can squeeze into one song. When he's not writing technical progressive rock jams, he writes nonsensical, absurdist, power pop. Sometimes those two things mix and match. Sometimes he's just at home watching Ellen. We don't judge.
