After a year as a duo, members Jim Pagotto and Sarah Bergervoet met Nathan Ortado in the back row of a musical semiotics class and began jamming and writing regularly. The band name is inspired by the then-trio’s jam night in mid-2011. Long-time drummer Chris Dennis joined Tuesday’s Good in June 2012 bringing a fresh feel to the songs and the dynamic. Meddling in areas such as Latin and reggae, Tuesday’s Good is an interesting blend of genres that, in all their versatility, seem to consistently stem back to characteristics of the Blues - both emotionally and musically. This love of the Blues is rooted in the core musical values of each of the four members. Past gigs include a regular spot at the Surfers Paradise Surf Club and a performance at Open Day 2012 at Griffith University where three of the members currently study music. Tuesday’s Good is currently writing and preparing for a surge in live performances in 2013.
