Tungtide are a new Trance/House/Breakbeat duo being the brainchild of Red and Blue, aka Chris Archibald and Dan Anderson. The philosophy is simple but the depth inspiring; Epic dance anthems combine with catchy radio friendly tunes to provide a new sound on the electronic scene. Sometimes dark, always danceable their influences include Tiesto, BT, Ian Pooley, Tonite Only, Bassbin Twins and Scot Project. Tungtide DJ's combine the power of Ableton Live with traditional mixing methods to provide audiences with a solid dance floor aesthetic. With over 20 years combined live and studio experience Red and Blue are no strangers to playing in front of large audiences in all manner of guises. For the last two years as a duo Red and Blue have been playing in live venues around Perth and regional Western Australia as a live act have since made the move to becoming a true DJ duo.
