Two Chix & A Beer breathe glamour, excess, pain, insanity, and the filth of reality, all with the tongue placed firmly in the cheek. Exhuming nearly-forgotten rock ’n’ roll structures from its turgid history, they force the blues to its boundaries, infuse the dry, ambitious concepts of Lou Reed or early Bowie and catapult the whole lot into a time machine.
