22-year-old singer-songwriter born in London, raised in Byron Bay Australia, Tyla Jay has been surrounded by music from a very early age. Singing and performing since she was 12 years old, Tyla has always felt extremely passionate about music and is continuously inspired by the messages one can convey through song. She believes that songwriting can be a powerful vehicle for change - “it is something that fuels my thinking and allows me to express myself in a unique and truthful way.” Earlier this year, Tyla was given the incredible opportunity of Performing at Glastonbury Music festival 2023 alongside political singer songwriter Billy Bragg.
