Uncle Buck is a character created and developed by Marty Cheval (FUNGO MANGO), after making a mistake in a vocal recording session. The lyrics of a very serious song were stuffed up somewhat but the swearing fitted. Marty got to thinking. And the rest is now history. The explicit lyrical content kept coming and within a few months, there was enough material to produce an album, entitled "Who The @#%$# is Uncle Buck! , but it didn't stop there. The songs and monologue tracks just kept rolling out. Currently Uncle Buck has 5 albums of EXPLICIT material available for download on iTunes and 34 other outlets globally. Started out as a Drummer(Richard) and a Bass Player(Carpet) keen on playing some heavy tunes and started on the hunt for a guitarist. First bloke through the door(Andrew) was keen as a bean and a riff writing machine with the same determination. After a few quick jams the hunt for a singer began and after a couple of uneventful tryouts, in marched Mr Wade Felsch with vocals heavier than Oprahs catering truck and determination to match. Finally they had a winning combination. As soon as a few rip snorta tracks had been put down they were off to Scream Ahead Studios to get it all down on tape. Since then they have been gigging around Brisbane with gusto and looking for the next big thing to sink our fast, hard hitting hardcore talons into.
