Some say the purpose of our lives is happiness. Some say that music makes people happy. This is the basic philosophy behind Unknown Truth. The result is a unique, exciting hard rock sound, experienced as an energetic live show or a mesmerising studio recording. Since debuting at the Lizard Lounge in July 2005, Unknown Truth has graced many fine Adelaide venues, such as the Governor Hindmarsh, the Crown & Anchor, the East End Exchange, and the Jade Monkey. Other highlights have included live performances and interviews on Radio Adelaide; sharing the stage with UK blues legend Gwyn Ashton; and recording a self-published debut EP, The Mistaken View of the Transitory Collection. Integrating the twin traditions of spiritual philosophy and rock music is no small quest. Unknown Truth draws on inspiration from many sources, including Led Zeppelin, Bruce Lee, Tool, James Redfield, Iron Maiden, and Ken Wilber (to name a few.) This music is an expression of life itself.
