My music career began ions ago when growing up and the eagles and Led Zeppelin were the coolest - they are still in so many ways. I cut my guitar teeth as a self taught. Played mostly original bands did Bon jovi Van Halen Led Zep covers during my cover band period. At present the Vamarteest stuff which is a reflectiion of my solo side a side of my music I will continue to nuture. Years ago I was nicknamed 'VAM' because of my sir name 'Pyers'so naturally the play on words with arteest added completed the picture. I've played pub gigs, restaurants parties etc all the usual places musicians play.
