Mushroom Group shares the latest single from its Mushroom 50 project, with Vance Joy putting his signature sound to indie anthem ‘Rock It’ by Little Red. Throughout 2023, Mushroom is commemorating fifty years of unforgettable songs with a project of reimagined singles, with artists across the Group covering some of Mushroom’s stellar catalogue. Vance Joy, who signed with Liberation Records in 2013, is a multi-platinum singer-songwriter. With two #1 Australian albums, 4 ARIA Awards and over 5 billion streams to his name, Vance Joy is an undeniable superstar and a treasured part of the Mushroom family. ‘Rock It’ by Little Red was released in 2010 and was the breakaway hit from the Melbourne band’s sophomore record Midnight Remember, released on Liberation Records. Landing at #2 in triple j's Hottest 100 of 2010, the track offered up one of the most recognisable piano riffs in the Australian music canon.
